Nestled at the foot of the San Tan Mountains, Sun Groves is located in the southeast corner of Chandler, south of Riggs Road between Lindsay and Val Vista Roads, and bounded on the south by Hunt Highway.

NOTICE OF VANDALISM
COMMUNITY NOTICE

At the community park on the south side of Doral between Topaz and Westchester, vandals set a desk chair and some other items on fire at the basketball court.  The Association filed a police report. Any homeowners with information about the vandalism or possible witnesses to the vandalism are asked to come forward and contact Carla Helmstadter at (602) 906-4909 or via email at chelmstadter@aamaz.com . 

The Association will prosecute to the fullest extent.

LOST

A Razor Cruiser scooter with larger than normal black wheels and a wider wooden base.   Lost in the area of Chuckwalla Park on Friday, March 7, 2008.

Watering Reminder

December and January are our coldest months, and plant water usage is at its lowest point. Keep in mind that too much water on plants  encourages lush, active growth that is more prone to frost damage.Plants that are dehydrated or water stressed also incur more damage.

Plant material in the northwest area of the community (in the park area closest to the commercial parcel on Riggs Road & Lindsay) has been burned.  If anyone has any information they are encouraged to contact Carla Helmstadter with Associated Asset Management at (602) 906-4909 or the Chandler Police Department – non-emergency.
